..and there was once NOTHING but a dumpster area right behind the gas station and fire department !

Ute Appleby -- sign showing Ben Sawyer and Warrick StreetToday I stopped in awe at the corner of Ben Sawyer Blvd and Warrick !! This new neighborhood has gone up fast. And I must say, it is quite unique as the builder saved the trees and so the 12 buildings are hugged by green space and Oaks. Very nice 3 story town homes with just under 2,000 sqft, elevators from the garage to the 3rd floor, all 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths ! As a standard feature, the master suite has a free standing soaking tub and a shower. The builder added a gas fire place, granite counters, hardwood flooring, open deck and many luxury standards as part of the sales package. The homes are priced at $400,000 and up which is an incredible deal for this location. Walk from here to the Old Village, to Pitt Street Bridge, ride your bike to Sullivans Island and restaurants and shopping is just a few minute walk away.
