Don't even think about it!

I'm a typical do it "yourselfer" and always think I'm going to create something artistically that the world won't be able to live without. I want to find the product, market it, and sell it so I can make a million dollars!

Arts and crafts are where I stop being an entrepreneur. My husband asks me to cut his hair...I can cut his hair, but will he want to go outside the house again? 

There are certain things we can do the research on but then we rely on the professionals to complete the sale or purchase.

Real estate is one of those items and may I add, the LARGEST item or asset that many people will ever own. Why would you take a chance and 'wing it'. There's a reason we take hours of classes and after being licensed we are required to take continuing education courses. The law is involved in real estate transactions.
