Hey everyone, John Norkett here. The last time that I put a blog in it was about new construction versus existing homes. Today I would like to go over one of the new construction homes that are around Daniel Island; it’s called Governor's Clay. They have five different housing models available now. They are also adding townhomes, which have two different models that will be coming shortly.
