  • Downtown Charleston Rentals

    Downtown Charleston Rentals ,Donna Andreano

The Charleston Real Estate Market is HOT! While rental prices often times exceed mortgage payments, some still opt to rent. Sometimes people wish to 'check out' downtown living before making the investment. While others don't have the 3.5% or more for a downpayment.  The home I'm writing about is both for Sale as well as for Rent! You can decide! The home is listed for sale at $550,000 and $2600/month for rent. It's smack dab in the middle of the Upper Peninsula which means you can walk to Hampton Park, where, besides enjoying the park, you can attend the numerous events that are held there year round. You can also walk to coffee shops, the Public Library, restaurants, breweries and so much more. You can read more about the Charleston Real Estate Market in one of my previous blogs here: Charleston's Upper Peninsula - Up and Exploding! I can show you any of the homes for SALE or for RENT in any area of Charleston. Let me know when you're available and which homes you'd like to see and I'll schedule the showing appointments! It's that easy! Take a look at this listing and let me know if you'd prefer to Buy it or Rent it... • Not Ready to Buy - Rent a Little While

Not Ready to Buy - Rent a Little While,Ute Appleby

Leasing for a while? I show you where and what to do!   Well, not everyone who moves to the Charleston area is ready to buy but just needs to find a home for lease for a while. There is all kind of properties for lease, unfurnished or furnished,  a few where pets are welcomed, some old ones with Southern charm and some ultra modern ones, some with concierge services and different amenities, some in the country or right in the Holy City. There are places one can rent short term or long term, and a few places offer just a single room or others one can lease just the garage or the boat dock. There are great places for lease all over the Tri-County area and prices range from just a few hundred to several thousand dollars. All depends on what you can afford, or want to spend. Of course here at AgentOwned Realty, we have a large rental and property management division. Very helpful agents are on staff who answer all questions about location, leasing qualifications, term, rental rates, and security deposits, the documents they need from you and things like that. With all the choices out there, I recommend working with a leasing and real estate agent. An agent will guide and assist you to select the right place to lease. Just this morning, I found 79 One bedroom places, 209 TWO bedroom places and 279 THREE bedroom places for lease in our area! This is just the ones listed in your local MLS. How would you be able to look thru all these places and pick the right one for you ?! We are here to make you feel at home, and maybe not just for a little while but later, when you are ready,  to assist you to transition to become a homeowner if that is what you ultimately desire. Looking to lease? Check out our website: www.agentownedrentals.com or search on my website which is called Definitely Charleston. Click on this next link and I see you there: http://bit.ly/2lAdXiY. Also, take a look at a couple of homes I am managing: 245 Rutledge Ave, Charleston SC MLS# 18026502 5559 W Shirley Drive North Charleston SC 29418, MLS# 18025786 As always, I am here for any questions you might have about leasing or buying.  And drinks are on me when we meet and you have signed a lease with me! Until then, cheerios!  Ute Appleby Real Estate/Leasing/Property Management www.DefinitelyCharleston.com UAppleby@gmail.com(843) 345-2625

  • Downtown Charleston Rentals...YES, with Parking!

Downtown Charleston Rentals...YES, with Parking!,Donna Andreano

If you've never been to Downtown Charleston SC, you really should plan a visit. It's a city with a small town feel. There are two things that stand out to me (being a transplant from NJ). One is that you don't hear car horns beeping...really. The other is that the news stations and radio stations are all local to the greater Charleston area. So, when there's an event, festival, concert, you hear about it. Everything that's advertised on the tv and radio is a place you've either been or plan to go to. It's all relevant. In NJ we heard NY news.  But, my real reason for this post is to tell you about a specific rental in Downtown Charleston. It's at: 245 Rutledge Ave., Charleston, SC  MLS 18026502. It's not always about buying real estate. And it's not often you can rent a house with 2 Off Street  Parking Spaces! You'll park your car and save on gas. You can walk to all things Charleston! This second-floor rental is also updated from top to bottom with great finish choices.  People are getting wise to the 'invest in a rental property' idea. If you're in need of a place to rent contact me. If you're thinking of dabbling in real estate for the investment of a rental property, I can help you there too! Of course, the city has limits and restrictions on short term rentals but I can give you the information on those rules.  I look forward to hearing from you and working for you!
