There were so many obstacles I had to overcome to get into this field - first and foremost being my misconception of the industry and the work agents actually do. In the end, I was determined to make it through the last steps to arrive at a new career last year. I've since sold five properties and feel really good about winning those contracts for my clients... in this market. I felt empowered to reach for those wins because of my ridiculously strong foundation, consisting of a Broker with 60+ years of experience in the #CHS market and a Top Producing mentor (both kindly serving as a guide and sounding board for every piece of every transaction as needed). Can't leave out my #girlboss cousin, @elizabethregorealestate without whom I would never have bet so heavily on my future self. All to say that while I am newer to the scene, my multitude of professional experiences in myriad industries over these past 30 working years of life - I feel like I've finally found the career for me.
