Coastal Crust Food Cart Last week something wonderful happened in our neighborhood, Rivertowne Country Club. Coastal Crust Pizza brought their food truck and set up shop in my neighbor’s driveway! It was so awesome! Coastal Crust sent out a flier with a special menu for the occasion.       We texted the number on the flier, placed our order, paid for it, and were assigned a pick-up time slot. It was a huge success! Every time slot was f filled! They staggered the pick-up times so we could practice social distancing!       The Coastal Crust food truck was created to cater pizza in a unique style. According to their website, “Their truck is a beautifully restored 1947 International Harvester combined with a handcrafted wood-fired Valoriani pizza oven. This truck can bring pizza anywhere with style! “       The pizza was incredibly delicious! This was such a fabulous and fun way to get out of cooking dinner AND support another local business during our stay at home orders!! We had such a great turn out and we are hoping to do this again in a few weeks!! Thank you, Alycia, for organizing the food truck for us!
